Sorry guys, I'm sure your trainers are all great. BUT, JD Doyle is THE BEST. He transformed my life. His Sarasota Boot Camp www.sarasotabootcamp.com is what training is all about. The workouts are never the same, we train different sets of muscles on different days and JD explains how we are working our body to maximize results. His nutrition seminars help us understand how different foods work in our body. An all round fitness guru available to his members 24 hours a day. A true winner!

It depends on what you are looking for. If you are someone that seeks only the best and most qualified people your choices are limited. Limited to one in my opinion, JD Doyle who I have trained with for over one year.
He has tons of experience and

Nicole Carson

Nicole Carson has been involved with sports her entire life. She played soccer and tennis through high school, was a synchronized swimmer and trained as a classical ballerina. Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina she moved to Sarasota almost 9 years ago to escape the cold dreary winters.

Nicole earned an Associate of Arts from Manatee Community College, and is working on a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology at the University of South Florida in Sarasota. Currently, Nicole holds a full time position at Sarasota Coastal Credit Union in the Mortgage Department, specializing in loan origination.

After moving to Sarasota, Nicole became involved in weight training and running, but like many of us, fitness became less of a priority given the pressures of work, attending school and other extracurricular activities. Soon she found that she wasn’t in the ideal shape that she had always been in. In 2007, she signed up for JD’s Fat Loss Challenge and began her own transformation.

She continued to train with JD in his first Shape Up Sarasota Boot Camp session, and was able to shed a total of 29lbs. of fat and add 5lbs. of muscle. As her body composition changed and confidence boosted, she made a conscious decision that fitness was always going to be a priority in her life. She also realized she could help others achieve the same kind of transformation she made.

Nicole’s interest in Triathlon training grew, and she now spends most of her free time swimming, biking and running. She also plays kickball in a social league and teaches fitness pole dancing. Her major personal goals for 2010 will be completing her certification as a running coach, and finishing her first half Ironman in September.

Bekah Morgan

You could say that Bekah’s love of fitness is in her genetics.  Her father was an athlete and her mother was an aerobics instructor and marathon runner.   As a competitive gymnast and dancer for 8 years, she learned how to condition her body at a young age.

Bekah decided to turn her passion into a career, and graduated with a degree in Health Science from Truman State University in 2001.  Since that time, she has been teaching group fitness classes at Shapes, becoming one of the most popular and respected instructors in town.  She has taught everything from step aerobics to cardio/sculpt, to core and flexibility classes.   She also began running corporate fitness programs at FCCI, Sarasota County, and Zenith Insurance Co.  When Bekah realized it was time to take her training expertise to another level, she earned her trainer certification with JD and ISFTA, and has built a steady roster of personal training clients.

Bekah says, “I strive to keep my programs, fun, innovative and full of variety to help clients stay motivated. I enjoy teaching people how to safely push and challenge themselves while improving strength, balance and agility. My specialties include high intensity interval training, core training and flexibility training. Whether you are a beginner trying to develop a routine, or someone with experience looking to take it to the next level, together we can work towards achieving your specific goals. Remember our bodies were made to move!”
